Key Requirement:
- Develop and manage client portfolios with consistent engagement.
- Achieve monthly trading and client acquisition targets.
- Execute trades and provide market insights with strong customer focus.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, client documentation, and operational integrity.
- Support the team in growing institutional and retail client base.
Other Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputed brokerage house.
- Strong and active client base is mandatory.
- Must have valid authorization license from BSEC.
- Proven track record of client acquisition and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Business background preferred).
